This week we had the opportunity to sit down with Reşat Marzioğl, who works as Field Service Engineer (FSE) for interTouch in Turkey, based out of the Istanbul office.
Could you tell us a little bit about your background?
“I joined interTouch in March 2017 with eight years of ISP experience in Voice over IP (VoIP) and Network Fields.”
What is the best part of working at interTouch?
“I have always enjoyed working in customer service and as interTouch is known for its outstanding service to its clients, this is a great environment for me to be in. I also really like meeting new people which is a core aspect of my role as a Field Service Engineer.”

“Is the customer happy? This is what working in hospitality as a service industry is all about.”
What is a personal key learning from the Covid-19 pandemic?
“We as humans are more adaptable than we think.”
