Located in Donostia-San Sebastián, a beautiful resort town on the Bay of Biscay in Spain’s mountainous Basque Country, Cristina Enea Rooms is a smart boutique hotel that offers guests a high-tech, touchless experience in their home away from home.

The hotel, which opened in September 2020 is family-owned and operated, and is located in an exciting area of town that is often referred to as the SOHO of San Sebastián featuring art galleries, cinemas and other cultural activities and facilities.

Offering a casting solution to guests was at the core of the owners’ business plan for the hotel. “Casting is a value-added service that most guests now expect in a hotel, and we wanted to offer a seamless digital entertainment experience guests could use from their own mobile device, without the need to download any apps or additional software. All our rooms feature 43-inch television sets which can be turned into a digital screen to cast and watch the guest’s own favourite content,” said Co-owner Iñigo Pons.

In addition to interTouch Cast, the hotel offers a range of smart services and facilities including 24/7 WhatsApp communications, electronic locks with code access for seamless and secure entry as well as a common area for guests to use.
